These seven sessions offer an opportunity for people to consider organisational life from a critical perspective and, at the same time, interrogate the ways in which we think about organisation development (OD) and its practice on a day to day basis.
Lasting just 90 minutes each and delivered via Zoom, they run from November 2020 to February 2021, covering the seven topics to support fresh thinking around a more radical practice in organisational settings that appeared in the final chapter of Radical Organisation Development (Routledge, 2020).
